Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are not damaged, faulty, or misrepresented are not eligible for a refund or return. This includes items that do not fit, or any other reason unrelated to the quality

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item subject to availability
