Non-Refundable Items

Return Shipping
- For approved returns, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item subject to availability
