This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Kosster Retail Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Scope of Services
International Buyers
Orders for international shipping will be processed and delivered exclusively through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on the delivery location, package size, and service availability.

Domestic Buyers
For customers within India, orders will be shipped using registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. The specific carrier will be determined based on the delivery address and service availability.

Delivery Timeline
Orders will be processed and shipped within a period of 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. The actual delivery timeframe may vary based on factors such as the destination address, the chosen delivery method, and the operational capacity of the selected courier service.

Delivery Date
The estimated delivery date will be communicated to the buyer at the time of order confirmation. However, please note that all delivery dates are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective courier companies or postal authorities.

Limitation of Liability
Kosster Retail Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Public disturbances
Governmental restrictions
Changes in delivery routes
Operational disruptions of the courier companies or postal authorities
We guarantee only to hand over the consignment to the designated courier company or postal authority within 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Address
All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order placement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. We shall not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Confirmation
Once an order is shipped, confirmation of delivery will be sent to the email address specified during registration. This confirmation will include relevant tracking information for monitoring the delivery status.

Amendments to Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

We deliver to all locations within the territory of India. Currently, international shipping services are not available. Any updates to this policy will be communicated in advance.

Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days
Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delay due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural events, strikes, governmental restrictions). Kosster is not liable for such delays.

Free Shipping: Orders exceeding ₹1000.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 will be applied for orders below ₹1000.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This link will allow real-time tracking through our logistics partner,  Kosster retains the right to modify the carrier without notice based on logistical requirements.

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the customer will be required to contact Kosster to arrange re-delivery or alternative options.

In the event an order is undeliverable after the final attempt, the package will be returned to Kosster. The customer will be notified, and the order will be subject to cancellation and refund procedures, where applicable.
